“Dr Ganelis, very sweet and soft spoken but when it comes to helping and treating patients doesn't give explanations, same tests are done over and over again for no reason. I need to have additional test done, doctor gave me referral to go to different facility with the wrong address on it.. When I called back to express my concerns didn't hear a simply apology. I had to wait for 3 days along with multiple phone calls until office send my reports to primary care physician. Unfortunately will never go nor recommend this doctor to no one!!!!! Doesn't poses quality of a good, caring doctor.”

"My parents have been going to Dr.Ganelis for several years now, and they always kept telling me great things about her. Well, the time came for me to make an appointment a couple of weeks ago. I was running late coming from work (you know L.A. traffic) and was not even sure if the doctor is going to be able to see me that day, but despite being completely booked Dr Ganelis still found time to accommodate me. I was really impressed by her level of knowledge, attention to all my concerns, and professional advice I received. Not to mention that she took her time to listen to me, perform all needed tests and answer all my questions. Nowadays when some doctors perform their exam in seconds jumping from one exam room to another the experience with Dr Ganelis was really refreshing. It really felt like an "old school" Medical Care when the word "care" in this phrase actually meant something."
